READ BEFORE BOOKING
HAIR PREP REQUIRMENTS
-I ask that you wash your hair thoroughly. No build up, oils, creams, or other products of any kind on your hair at the time of your appointment.
-I ask that you blowout your hair thoroughly. Use a comb or paddle brush as you blow dry your hair to help get any knots, tangles, and kinks out. I am not asking for bone straight hair, so no need to flat iron or perm your hair.
-If your hair is prone to shrink back up in humidity please place your hair in a bun, or 4 big plaits/twists to prevent it from knotting back up.
-I ask that you refrain from putting oil or anything at all on your hair AFTER you have washed, and blow dried your hair.
-Any hair/scalp conditions should be communicated to the braider.
-Unfortunately I am not comfortable servicing EXCESSIVE dandruff. If any bleeding is occurring on the scalp from flakes or scabs the service will be canceled.
-Your hair must be at least 4 inches all over.
- The required hair that is listed under the style, is the only hair I use. If you cannot use that brand please ask about other options.
AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
-I ask that the remaining balance be paid in cash only.
-I ask that you refrain from bringing a guest with you.
- If you need to bring your child, please ask me before booking so that we can decide what slot would be best for you.
-You may bring food and order food whenever you would like.
-No vapes, pens, or showing up to appointment with a heavy smell of marijuana or cigarettes on your person.
-You may be on the phone for however long you want, your convos will never leave the room.
-You may fall asleep at your own risk, clean parting can be compromised if your head is not straight. I will let you know when you need to hold your head up or another way, but I will not beg you.
LATE POLICY
-Communication is key and can help in a big way! Please advise me that you will be tardy before appointment time.
- After 20 minutes of being tardy your appointment will be canceled. Every 5 minutes of those 20 minutes will be charged $10
(5 minutes late = $10 , 20 minutes late = $40)
-If for any reason we have to reschedule the appointment, once we agree to a new time, we are still responsible for showing up, on time, to the new appointment.
STYLIST TIP: Check the location of the appointment before the actual date to see how far you will be from the location. This will tell you approximately how much time it takes to get there from your home, and you will have a clue on when you should leave for your appointment.
EXTRAS
-The duration of the service is not always accurate. Everyone has a different head shape and different hair density. Please refrain from booking on days that you have other important obligations.
